Flights depart from Atlantic Aviation at Newport News Williamsburg Airport, stop at Coastal Seaplanes Downtown on the Portsmouth / Norfolk waterfront, and continue to Dare County Regional Airport in Manteo.
Passengers may book any individual leg of the flight, or straight through to the end destinations.
BAGGAGE RULES: Passengers are permitted 25lbs of baggage per person.
